people that make you feel...like really feel something!

i love people who make me feel. people who make me really feel something. i love people who i call "sharers" - sharers are people who share their lives, their ideas, their opinions, their beliefs and/or some recipes. i must admit that my filters aren't too extravagant.

if you are reading this post, and i thank you if you are - would you mind to please have a look at our blogroll listed on the right-hand side of the page? the blogs that are listed there are people that i look to for inspiration. they are sharers and they have shared much with me. and they have much to share with you!

don't just look at the first 5 - please - go and look at all of them. i wouldn't recommend them if they weren't people that i have learned many things from. i wouldn't have them listed in our blogroll if they weren't incredible people with much to teach?!?!?!?

they are all my friends. internet friends you may say - and yes - i have never met a single one - but i will be meeting Sue and her husband soon - and maybe i will meet more of them in this coming year. but the people that are listed in our sidebar have been good to us. our blog is only a little over 6 months old (i think) - and these people have taught us much, provided information, helped us...and have become our friends. they have asked nothing in return for their friendship. so i would just like to take this opportunity to showcase all of the people listed in our blogroll...wonderful people who bother to take the time...to care. and share.

please, when you have the time, would you please stop by and take a look at the people that we call friends?

  1. Aww what a cute post. I'm very proud to appear on your sidebar. I'm not sure I have much to offer as I can hardly give you advice on all the things you do, build, grow, cook, create etc. but still I'm happy to one of your friends, and you are mine too. :)

Now I'm going to check out your other friends too. :)

    1. thanks Joey! you have been a real inspiration to both of us and we are grateful for the honest way that you have shared your life (and bling) with us - bahahahah! you have been a very good friend to me and i am proud to have you on our sidebar! we have learned so much about adoption from the stories that you have shared and we admire that you and your partner took it upon yourselves to adopt your girls - that is something, my friend! also, if it weren't for you - how could i possibly stay in touch with what's current in music? and bling? lots of love to you, my friend!

    1. JUGM - i am happy to have found you - through this great community! you and Senior have always been "sharers" and our friends (well except maybe for the time i told ya to whack Senior with the butt of your glock - i don't think he would like me too much for that! and hey, wait - did he ever see that comment? i sure hope not - bahahahah!)

but you did a special thing for me by sending me an email to give me additional information about something that had me very worried and i will never forget that. thank you so much for taking the time, and the trust, to do so. you are a very special friend! xox

  5. My friend, I would vote you "Queen of the Sharers". You not only put people at ease and help them be their best selves, but you are a general encouragement to all who know you. It's easy to see why Jambaloney loves you so, and also why you love him. Love to you both.

    1. oh Jane, coming from the most intelligent woman i know - that means a lot. you, and all of the others have made it so easy to become part of this rag-tag little group! i am so very glad to have met you and to have become your friend - you have shared so much. you have taught us much but sharing your story about your son really touched us both. your strength amazes me. we both send love to you. xox

    2. Thank you Kimber. I don't know that I am all that intelligent. (You don't see some of the stupid things I've done, or tried in the past...LOL) The kids have taught me a lot over the years. We miss our Daniel very much, but we know he would want us to explore and learn as much as we can while we remain here. You are indeed a cornerstone to so many wonderful happenings !

    3. Jane - the reason why you are so intelligent is because of all of the stupid things you have done and tried in the past! however, the wisdom and knowledge that you have gained over the years is almost off-putting - and i mean that in the nicest of ways! to have you stop in to our blog and make us feel good with every comment means so much to us. i didn't want to use Daniel's name in my comment in case it would hurt you...your strength and breadth of knowledge will never stop amazing me. i am so glad to have found you! xox

    4. Kymber, Daniel would have really adored you. He would have loved your energy, your compassion and love, your enthusiasm and the way you embrace life. He even has his own blog: learnedfromdaniel.blogspot.com
I use my real name there. Please don't ever be afraid to use his. Love to you and your brilliant and hardworking Jambaloney.

  9. Thanks, as the newest member of your blog roll ( I think) for adding me to your daily read list. I think blogging can become addictive. Have about 40 blogging ideas rolling around in my head right now. But for now I have massive thunder boomers to keep me busy. I don't think Bear likes the noise.

I enjoy reading your blogs and check back daily to see if you have posted new adventures.

  10. Hey Kymber - Of course you know I'm not a blogger myself - just a city slicker who likes to read them. I've read some of your friends blogs, and they are most interesting, funny, and down right hit a cord with me. What a wonderful way to pay tribute to those that you admire for so many reasons. But as you know, I am your number one fan !!!!!

Have a great day ! ... Helga xoxo

  12. Sci, gurl - i was trying to keep this post as emotionless as possible. i was trying to keep the hugs and kisses out of it and just go with the straight facts. and then you showed up and it was all hugs and kisses and stuff - bahahahahahah!

my dear sweet canning friend - we are soooo freakin happy to be here, living the dream, and ...well...i don't have to tell you about any of it! it is so nice to be back in touch with people that we admired so much, learned so much from, canned with, loved so much and still love. you and Mars will always have our love. and we will always have your backs! you are the best, sweetie!

  13. And I recommend this blog, but if you're already down this far to the late guy in the comments, then I'm preaching to the choir. Thanks, kymber. You're a doll and I'm sure everyone, like me, feels a breath of fresh air when you grace our blogs.

I've learned a lot! Heck I've learned stuff that I didn't even know I wanted to learn! You should have heard me the other night explaining about setting up a sawdust toilet! LOL

I am picking some to check out right now!!

    Have a super day!

    1. oh Jen...so nice of you to drop in, my sweet spicey NM friend! i so agree with you - i don't have to find people who are exactly like me, think exactly like me, do exactly like me - you know what i mean! and i am so glad that you borrow from our list - there are some pretty amazing people on that list. and like Janet said - sometimes i find myself learning things about stuff i am not even interested in - bahahahahah! lots of love to you and yours my own Pollyanna!

  18. Kymber, I always look forward, every day, to read as many blogs as I can. And there are times that I miss some of them. I'm with you, a lot of the blogs, that Kathi and I read. Feels like a extended family to us. And we have learned a lot from all the others out there. I need to take some time, and add to my own blog roll.
There have been lots of 3 A.M. times, just reading, and trying to catch up. But I wouldn't have it any other way.

All our love to you and Jambaloney

hey wait - is that Kathi i see down below. gotta run buddy. haven't talked to Kathi in forever!
