for Stephen
(blogger is acting up yet again - i have been trying to post this msg all day!)
we have just received some bad news. our friend, Stephen, is in the hospital. our friend, Duke, will keep us all updated as he always does. Stephen has been through quite a bit this past few months, but we know that he is strong. let's all of us pray for him to recover and recover quickly - he gets pretty stir-crazy when he's not able to be out and about! we believe that prayers really work - and we would appreciate your prayers for him, his Sweet Wife and his Little Bit. let's use our prayers and get him better!
your friends,
kymber and jambaloney
Stephen - we love you! and need you to get better!
Duke - thank you for always keeping us updated - you are a very great friend!

Kymber - I'm so sorry to hear this. A prayer for Stephen and his family will be done each day ! Duke too - it's hard to see one's friend go through tough times.
ReplyDeleteIt's always difficult when we have a loved one in hospital ... as I know that right now all too well!
Many Blessings go out to you dear heart, for always being there in such a beautiful way. You really make a difference ... xoxo
Helga - thank you so much for your prayers for both Stephen and Duke! we have kept you and yours in our thoughts and prayers as well - i know how difficult a time this is for you!
Deleteyou make a difference too, sweet friend...an email response on it's way to way very soon - i just have to finish it up! love always, Helga! xoxox
So sorry for the illness and hospital trip. I called my friend and her husband said, "Oh, she is still in the hospital." like I knew. She has end-stage renal failure, so each trip put a lump in my throat. There are alternatives for her, thankfully.
ReplyDeleteStephen, we are thinking of you.
kymber, sorry this friend is back in the hospital, again.
PracticalP - it is so hard when one has a friend in the hospital in your friend's situation...i will put her into our prayers as well. and thank you PracticalP for caring - i really appreciate it!
DeleteYes, certainly prayers not only can work wonders, but our friends and those we love can feel that they are being considered and loved, as they are held up in our prayers. I hope Stephen improves soon, and can come home to his dear wife and to Little Bit. The hospital certainly can be a restrictive and an annoying place when you must keep returning. I have logged enough time in one since January myself to know how annoying they can be. From one hospital refugee to another.....Stephen, we can get out, we can get better. God heals us while physicians are only facilitators. We look forward to your being home, and posting here soon. Love from us all.
ReplyDeleteJane - you have certainly had your fair share of hospital visits recently! i think Stephen will laugh when he sees that you wrote from one hospital refugee to another - bahahah! thanks for making me giggle!
Deleteeverything through God's will and in God's time. thank you dearest heart! xoxoxo
Sweet kymber, thank you so much for not only the prayers and the nice package, but also the beautiful picture. I hope to leave this awful place soon. Maybe tomorrow, if I'm lucky. Your prayers worked. All my love...
